Level 2 & higher welcome. In this class you will learn exclusive Pole techniques. 3-4 techniques each class.

In this class we focus on the lower part of your body. Learning to do different techniques by utilizing your legs for the actual pole move.

In this class we drill your booty muscles on isolation. Learning control, what to do, and how to use your muscles while putting it together to create a glorious Twerk.
